Shri Basant Lall Shaw, Founder & Chairman Emeritus of NECO Group, established a successful foundry in Nagpur in 1974 and a state-of-the-art steel plant in Raipur in 1996, earning international acclaim for high-quality castings. He is also active in industrial forums and philanthropy.

Mr. Arbind Jayaswal, Chairman of Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd., has driven the company to new heights by spearheading its entry into Automotive Castings, significantly increasing revenue. He also led modernization and automation initiatives in foundries and oversees the Mining Business and other company divisions.

Shri Avneesh Jayaswal, Group Director of Neco Group of Industries, brings modern business management ideas from his BBA at Eastern Michigan University. He excels in planning and project implementation, overseeing significant EPC projects for NECO Group and contributing to the expansion and modernization of JNIL’s Integrated Steel Plant in Raipur.

Mr. Anand Jayaswal, Managing Director of NSSL Ltd, specializes in project execution, iron and steel operations, and valve manufacturing. With a Master’s in Commerce, he excels in selecting viable technology, designing operational systems, and project financing, driving NSSL’s global expansion through strategic acquisitions in Italy and Qatar.
